General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

  • These terms and conditions apply to individual consumers (hereinafter "Clients”) using the [Carsaat.com] Car Rental Platform.
  • By using our platform, Clients agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform” refers to [Carsaat.com] Car Rental Platform.
  • "Client” refers to individuals renting cars via the platform.
  • "Car Rental Companies” refers to businesses listing cars for rent on our platform.
  • "Services” refer to the rental of cars from Car Rental Companies to Clients through our platform.

3. Use of the Platform

  • The client undertakes that he has a valid and legal car driving license. Client undertakes he will be uploading true picture of his passport copy and car driving license, and both are valid. Clients may use the platform to search for and book car rentals.
  • All Clients must comply with our acceptable use policy and privacy policy.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Clients agree to pay the fees associated with their car rental bookings as specified on the platform.

5. Responsibilities:

 

  • Clients are responsible for adhering to the car rental agreement and terms and conditions set by Car Rental Companies, including treatment of the rented car.
  • [Carsaat.com] is not liable for the quality or performance of the car provided by Car Rental Companies. However, rest assured that we always aim providing best quality and best services.
  • The hirer must return the vehicle in the same condition it was delivered, including accessories.
  • Carsaat.com is not responsible for loss of goods.
  • Vehicles must be driven only within the UAE’s geographical boundaries.
  • The client commits to covering all expenses associated with fines, Salik, Darb, and car accident-related payments throughout the duration of the car rental period, as specified in the rental agreement and terms and conditions established by the car rental company.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between Clients and Car Rental Companies will be offered to be resolved by Carsaat.com, unless one of the parties decides the solution is not in his favour, then local government authorities’ rules and regulations will apply. 
  • [Carsaat.com] may offer dispute resolution services.

7. Termination

  • Carsaat.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend Client accounts for violations of these terms.
  • Clients may terminate their accounts at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

  • [Carsaat.com] may update these terms. Clients will be notified of changes.

9. Privacy

  • Client privacy is important to us. Please review our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of [Dubai Courts].
